You understand and undertake that by agreeing to this Privacy Policy that you will also be subject to and be bound by similar obligations and privacy conditions as us while collecting and using your client’s information on our Platform.

This applies only to data collected through this Platform and not to any offline or third-party communications, unless otherwise specified. By accessing the content and services made available on this Platform (collectively “Services”), you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the portal.payk1hc.com Terms of Service. We maintain a separate policy in connection with the Health Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).

Any data collected by the application from U.S. consumers will be stored and processed exclusively on secure cloud servers located within the United States.

Information we collect

We may request or require you to provide personally identifiable information in order to access Services or engage in certain activities on the Platform. The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point where we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name and identity information, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us and any other information you may choose to provide.

When we create a profile for you in the Platform, we may ask for including but not limited to the following information.

Details we collect to create client profile – Client name, NPI, K1 Client ID, CLIA/License Number, Address, Logo, General contact details, Primary contact details, Secondary contact details, Customer service details.

Details we collect to create user profile – Full name, Email address and contact numbers.

(ii)        Your clients’ information

In addition to the categories of personal data already described, we understand that you may collect and process the following categories of information in connection with the provision of billing, invoicing, and payment facilitation services for invoice data, including invoice amounts, billing descriptions, and issuance dates, CPT-level or service classification data submitted by your clients, payment status information, including pending, completed, failed, or refunded transactions, and dispute records, including communications, supporting documentation, and resolution outcomes.

Where disputes arise between you and your clients, the Company may process personal data and financial data relating to such disputes, including communications and supporting documentation where such data will be retained for the purposes of dispute resolution, legal compliance, regulatory requirements, and audit obligations.

  • Usage information

We may collect “usage information” anytime you visit, view and/or interact with our Platform. Location data which includes the location of your device and may in some circumstances include precise geolocation data. Internet or other electronic network activity information, web browser and device characteristics. Information about how you use and interact with our Services.

Information you use to log in to your profile. Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and unique personal identifiers (including device identifier; cookies, beacons, pixel tags, mobile ad identifiers and similar technology; customer number; unique alias, other identifiers and similar technologies). This information may be used to operate, maintain, and improve our services, to secure your account, to personalize your experience. Your cloud access credentials, and other sensitive data are securely stored in our system, which employs robust encryption and access controls. Our team follows strict security protocols to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to this information, and it is never shared or disclosed to any unauthorized parties.

We also operate as a Platform facilitating interactions between you and your client. In this context, your may upload, submit, or otherwise provide personal data relating to your clients, and your clients may directly interact with the platform in connection with billing, payment, or dispute processes. We may share relevant data with third parties strictly for service delivery purposes, including: third party payment gateway providers for processing of payments; and third party integration service partners or system interoperability and service enhancement. All such disclosures are limited to what is necessary for the performance of the relevant services

  • Payment information

Payments made through the Platform are processed through a third-party payment processor. Information to administer, manage, and fulfill the purchases and you make, may be collected by us or on our behalf. Such information may include payment information, credit card number, account authentication information, and contact information including your full name, billing and shipping address and email address. This provision shall also extend to payments made directly to you by your clients.

HRC Kollect LLC follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit the Platform. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
