Work Week:
Monday to Friday

Shift Window:
7:30 PM to 4:00 AM SLST (Night Shift)

Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the throughput of a large team (10 to 20).
  • Ensure the client requirements are delivered within TAT with the support of the functional leads.
  • Executing necessary controls are in place to ensure performance is aligned with internal benchmarks.
  • Roll out and implement change initiatives driven by the management.
  • Develop a high-performance culture through continuous development initiatives.
  • Provide functional performance updates on KRAs during the SOU meeting (as applicable).
  • Attend to team requirements and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain Code of Conduct and CREDO expectations from the team.

 

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least five years of US Healthcare RCM experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ATL role.
  • Collections experience in US Healthcare RCM in Labs specialty.
  • RCM overall technical knowledge.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high level of perseverance.
