We are currently looking for a Senior Associate – Customer Success to join HRC focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) technology automations and solutions. Senior Associate – Customer Success

7:30 PM to 04:00 AM SLST

Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect essential information for go-live, including client NPI, logos, and other required assets.
  • Prepare and complete documentation for SOPs, legal requirements (10DLC), and go-live processes.
  • Set up and maintain comprehensive client profiles and related assets.
  • Assist in pre-onboarding and onboarding calls, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Schedule sales calls and coordinate meetings.
  • Provide follow-up support to maintain client engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and structuring of the sales process.
  • Address client concerns and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Support sales-related activities when needed.
  • Assist with business analytics to provide data-driven insights into revenue growth.
  • Help manage development related inquiries, allowing for strategic decision-making.

 

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in RCM is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint including data analysis
  • Understands SaaS will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Previous experience in account management will be an added advantage.
