Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs on the XiFin Billing System specifically tailored to toxicology billing and e-Clinical Works Billing System for new hires and existing staff.
- Create and update training materials, including user manuals, guides, and presentations.
- Conduct group and individual training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Collaborate with the IT and billing departments to ensure training materials are up-to-date with the latest system updates and best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in XiFin, e-Clinical Works, and healthcare billing practices.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with electronic medical / health record (EMR or EHR) systems, specifically XiFin and/or e-Clinical Works.
- Certification in XiFin and/or e-Clinical Works is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the XiFin and/or e-Clinical Works Billing Systems.
- Proven experience in delivering training sessions or providing technical support in a healthcare setting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering training content.
- Ability to explain complex technical information in an accessible manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with toxicology and healthcare billing workflows and regulations.
- Ability to work with MS Office package.
