Shift Window:
2.00pm to 11.00pm IST / SLST (Straddle Shift)
Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Communicate results to managers/decision makers in a timely manner and provide suggestions based on findings
- Create innovative solutions that enable colleagues to easily track, report and identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Diploma in statistics, business, finance, information systems or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in Tableau and Power BI will be an added advantage
- Advanced skills in SQL and Microsoft Excel, among other software programs
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well
- Ability to effectively communicate results
- Experience in Python will be an added advantage
