Work Week:
Monday to Friday

Shift Window:
8.00 AM to 5.00PM SLST (Day Shift)

Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain systems for financial records keeping efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct the administration of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions.
  • Monitor the accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Assist to process monthly payrolls.
  • Manage the external and internal audits, liaising with tax consultants for meeting the statutory requirements timely.
  • Prepare monthly management information reports timely.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data as required.
  • Assist annual budgeting and forecasting in accordance with company finance and performance management-related frameworks.

 

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Graduate in Finance management from a reputed university.
  • Partly Qualified Chartered Accountant or Practicing CIMA or ACCA member.
  • 2-3 years of financial experience of which at least one year in a similar capacity.
  • 3 years of auditing experience in any reputed audit firm.
  • In-depth understanding of interpreting the SLAS, IFRS Accounting standards, US GAAP, and tax regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management and organizing skills.
  • Meticulous and attention to details.
