We are currently looking for a Software Engineer to join HRC focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) technology automations and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain internal and client-facing APIs, including integrations for HL7, CSV, and FHIR-based data formats.
- Build scalable and secure integration layers for data exchange between multiple systems and external clients.
- Analyze business requirements and determine operational feasibility by evaluating problem definitions, system constraints, and solution approaches.
- Participate in technical discussions with internal teams and external clients to design integration solutions.
- Develop and optimize database schemas, SQL queries, and data processing logic to ensure high performance and data integrity.
- Implement API security mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway policies, access control).
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, including data mismatches, transformation errors, and system failures.
- Develop and maintain official API libraries/wrappers in multiple programming languages.
- Lead integration workflows and communication between distributed systems and services.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance API integration and system performance.
- Ensure best practices are followed for data integrity, validation, and consistency across systems.
- Contribute to system design, scalability improvements, and performance optimization.
- Document system architecture, APIs, data mappings, and integration flows.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with significant exposure to full-stack development projects and basic understanding of database and system design concepts.
- Experience in implementing API Security and Access control.
- Front-end technology experience is an added advantage.

- Experienced in working with cloud environments (AWS / Azure).
- Strong expertise in SQL, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and database design.
- Experience in query optimization, indexing, and handling large datasets efficiently.
