HealthRecon Connect is seeking a dynamic and experienced RCM leader for the position of Assistant Vice President – Revenue Cycle Management Operations (Emergency Department / Hospital Medicine & Physician). This role supports our growth strategy and ensures excellence in RCM delivery across assigned accounts, working with global teams to optimize performance.
What You’ll Lead:
- Day-to-day RCM operations for multi-specialty physician/clinic clients
- Onshore + offshore team leadership to achieve KPIs & SLAs
- Performance audits, workflow enhancements, and data-driven insights
- Client escalations, onboarding, and relationship management

- Lead special projects aimed at accelerating transformation in RCM operations.
- Collaborate with the Solutions team to implement and expand automation initiative
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Emergency Department / Hospital Medicine and Physician-based healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 6 years in a people management role.
- Completed Lean and Project Management certifications.
- Strong budgeting, capacity planning, and process automation knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Excellent strategic management skills and business acumen.
- Highly adept at problem-solving and data interpretation.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Extensive familiarity with industry principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and coach large teams, leveraging in-depth operational expertise.
