Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with the corporate communications team and other stakeholders to produce final design.
- Test graphics across various media with attention to detail.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Continuously learn and seek knowledge on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years of graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of graphics and/or other illustrations.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva etc.).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge and/or ability to partake in the copywriting and content writing process is a must.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus.
