HR Executive – Shared Services

Work Week:
Monday to Friday

Shift Window:
8:00 AM to 05:00 PM SLST

Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete pre-onboarding documentation process.
  • Update the bank detail master sheet with the bank changes and new joiner’s bank details.
  • Follow up on Data Capturing through the Power Application.
  • Handle EPF and ETF claim forms requested by employees.
  • Carry out ABH Card registration process and follow ups.
  • Follow up and collect the new joiners’ documents and update the database.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR Rewards team.

 

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Holds a degree or professional qualification in HR from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • HRIS System experience will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with high level of perseverance
  • Basic finance knowledge
  • Familiar with virtual working platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.
