We are looking for an Intern – Talent Acquisition to join our team. The HR & Talent Acquisition Intern will support recruitment and HR operations by assisting with employee referrals, onboarding, recruitment coordination, and HR administration, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the employee referral process by screening referral submissions, maintaining the referral tracker, and liaising with candidates and employees throughout the hiring process.
- Collect, verify, and maintain all onboarding documentation for new joiners, ensuring complete and accurate records are received prior to the joining date.
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process by coordinating pre-joining activities, following up on pending documents, and creating a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Update and maintain HR systems, recruitment trackers, and employee master records, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion of all HR documentation.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and other recruitment coordination activities to ensure timely hiring.
- Provide administrative support to the HR & Talent Acquisition team, including preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and assisting with HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A professional qualification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
- Previous internship or exposure to Talent Acquisition or HR Operations will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and employees.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
