Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and guidance to build and maintain a high-performing collections team.
- Ensure collection turnaround time (TAT) and productivity targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor daily production trackers and oversee the performance of assigned client portfolios.
- Manage 30+ AR and ensure the team achieves the expected collection and payment targets.
- Maintain effective client communication and ensure timely responses within agreed TATs.
- Address and resolve client queries promptly while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Review portfolio performance, identify process gaps, and implement proactive improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Generate and share operational reports and management information (MI) with internal stakeholders, leadership, and clients.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices across the team.
- Set clear performance expectations, support goal setting, and drive achievement of organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service delivery standards, including HIPAA and ISO.
- Review and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational policies.
- Resolve operational issues in a timely manner and escalate critical concerns to senior management when required.
- Partner with HRBPs in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, promotions, and disciplinary processes.
- Plan staffing requirements, allocate work, and manage resource scheduling for new and existing projects.
- Ensure timely responses to internal communications during shift hours and external communications within client-defined TATs.
- Identify technical training needs and facilitate knowledge sharing and on-the-job training in collaboration with the Technical Training team.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture by promoting and reinforcing the organization’s CREDO values and behaviors.
- ISMS: Apply information security principles and best practices to safeguard organizational information.
- BCMS: Understand business continuity requirements, recovery strategies, and critical process dependencies.
- PIMS: Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and data protection standards, including HIPAA.
- QMS: Support quality management initiatives and continuous process improvement using quality methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- At Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including at least 4 years in a people management role and 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Allergy billing.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including AR and Collections, with hands-on experience in Allergy billing. Experience using AMD and IMS systems is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to coach and develop teams while managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Client-focused mindset with effective stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, ISO, and other applicable compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools
