Responsibilities:
- Utilize WFM technology and processes to accurately determine staffing requirements.
- Predict staffing needs based on business growth and additional volumes.
- Create detailed hiring plans for each sub-function to consistently meet TAT and client SLAs.
- Assess the impact of proposed initiatives and automation, recommending appropriate staffing actions.
- Review client contracts for work scope and volume estimates to determine staffing needs for new clients or scopes.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure timely recruitment for backfills and new hires.
- Analyse workforce data to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare reports on workforce efficiency, capacity, utilization, and other key metrics.
- Assess user productivity and ProHance utilization to identify and support the management of outliers.
- Generate reports on workforce efficiency and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree from a university or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of prior experience in workforce management in an RCM and WFH setting is a must.
- Strong analytical and computer skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (MSWord, Advanced Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Visio).
- Expert level Excel skills (VBA).
- Experience in SQL.
- Track record of designing and being accountable for the delivery of a global workforce management strategy.
- Deep understanding of workforce planning, tools and methodology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
