Job Vacancy:
Operations Analyst / Senior Operations Analyst – VOB / Pre-Authorization

Work Week:
Monday to Friday

Shift Window:
7:30 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain master worksheet with patient demographic and verification details.
  • Verify appointment status and pre-verification requirements.
  • Contact insurance to obtain benefits and confirm provider participation.
  • Identify and obtain required referrals or authorizations.
  • Document coverage details in VOB notes and update practice software.
  • Maintain daily production tracker and reconciliation report.
  • Escalate demographic discrepancies before appointments.
  • Serve as point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Review and close QA findings within 24 hours.
  • Respond to internal emails within shift timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ISO, and company standards.
  • Share assigned reports within timelines.
  • Update SOPs as required.
  • Conduct QA audits and share results.
  • Maintain AR follow-up and call quality ≥98%.
  • Train new team members on job functions.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years RCM experience with at least 1 year in VOB / Pre-Authorization in Allergy specialty.
  • In-depth knowledge of IMS and AMD Systems.
  • Passion for solving problems.
  • Ability to work with MS Office package.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Tenacity.
