We are looking for a highly analytical and technically strong Product Owner to drive the evolution of our tech-enabled RCM platform and associated services. This role combines technical product management, healthcare domain expertise, and strong collaboration skills to ensure our products solve real-world operational challenges for providers, billing teams, and health systems.
You will own the product vision, convert business needs into actionable requirements, and work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful RCM solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for new and existing RCM platform capabilities.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify customer needs to enable competitive advantage.
- Prioritize product opportunities using well-defined criteria, quantifiable business value, and user insights.
- Establish clear product requirements, specifications, and use cases aligned to business goals.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring well-defined epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering to evaluate technical approaches, API-driven integrations, microservices architecture, and scalable system design.
- Support technical teams by defining user journeys, guiding wireframes, and identifying solution patterns using best-practice API frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering on iteration planning, grooming sessions, and sprint reviews.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of healthcare protocols and standards including HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, X12, and RCM workflows (Eligibility, Claim, Denials, Payments, AR, Patient Financial Experience).
- Translate complex RCM functional workflows into product requirements and automation opportunities.
- Define product KPIs and success metrics to track adoption, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for product enhancements and lead structured improvement initiatives.
- Advocate for the customer and ensure product decisions are grounded in real user needs.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Technical Product Management roles, preferably in healthcare or RCM.
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) are a plus.
- Strong hands-on exposure to APIs/Microservices architectures.
- Working knowledge of SQL for requirement discovery, data validation, and debugging.
- Experience with data pipelines, claim data schemas (837/835), and healthcare data transformation frameworks.
