HealthRecon Connect is seeking a dynamic and experienced RCM leader for the position of Vice President – Revenue Cycle Management Operations. This role supports our growth strategy and ensures excellence in RCM delivery across assigned accounts, working with global teams to optimize performance.

- Day-to-day RCM operations for multi-specialty physician/clinic clients
- Onshore + offshore team leadership to achieve KPIs & SLAs
- Performance audits, workflow enhancements, and data-driven insights

Responsibilities:

Sound understanding of Billing, Posting, Denial Management and Collection process with strong operating skills and proven track record to establish an operating rigor around processes, people, financial metric performance and finally core deliverables to the customer.

- Comes with an entrepreneurial mindset with customer first approach. - Manage service level standards for global operations.
- Collaborate with CEO/COO, operations managers and support functions in execution effectiveness of RCM operations.
- Drive efficiency in capacity planning, FTE cost management per location.
- Ensure technical knowledge of teams handling accounts. Work with Technical training department in maintaining levels of technical competence.
- Ensure process compliance across operations.
- Own special projects designed to drive transformation. Collaborate with the solutions team to accelerate automation projects and rollouts.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Possess a professional background with a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 7 – 10 years of experience in Laboratory based healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 6 years in people management.
- Completed Lean and Project Management certifications.
- Working knowledge of budgeting, capacity planning, and process automation.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.
- Strong strategic management skills and business acumen.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with advanced data interpretation exposure
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, pressurized work environment.
- Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and coach large teams with in-depth operational expertise.
